A portable table saw is an ideal choice for both job-site and home needs. Portable table saws are very popular for many situations, mainly because they are more mobile that typical shop saws that are built to be stationary.

If you need to be able to move your saw frequently or need to be able to store it out of the way when not in use, a portable table saw is what you should probably get.

Yes, we realize that we gave the same rating to both the DeWalt and Bosch saws, but we actually feel that they are all of similar quality. They just each have some unique features that make them ideal for certain buyer preferences. You really can’t go wrong with any of those four, so just pick the one that is best for your situation.

The Jet is a good saw, but it just doesn’t have quite the quality edge on any of these other saws. It does have a lot of good features for the money though, and many happy owners.

The Ridgid is the top pick of the bunch. It’s just the best of the group all around. At least in our opinion.

We have been taking a look at different table saws lately, so we’ll continue to post more reviews as we look at more models from other manufacturers.
